Level 5 Health & Social Care

Suitable for care workers looking to build both their managerial and care skills.  Designed for those already working in health and social care, as Assistant, Deputy Manager or Manager who have not yet achieved a vocational qualification at this level.

Level 5 fulfils the regulatory requirement for those looking to become managers of adults residential and domiciliary services.

AGE: Employees of any age may apply.

COURSE LENGTH: On average 18 months, but can be tailored to suit student and employer.

COURSE STRUCTURE:
The level 5 diploma in management and leadership in health and social care provides guidance and assesses learner’s knowledge, understanding and skills in leadership and management within the health and social care sector.
