Customer Service Apprenticeship
Ideal for providing your employees with the necessary skills and training to provide excellent customer service.
COURSE LENGTH: 12 – 18 months
AGE REQUIREMENT: 16 or over
This apprenticeship can be applied to hundreds of jobs across many sectors Eg: retail, financial services or health and leisure.
The apprenticeship programme teaches the importance of having clear and up-to-date knowledge of products and services and ensures apprentices learn the skills to confidently communicate with customers, whether it’s offering advice, answering questions or handling complaints.
Two tiers of customer service apprenticeships.
Intermediate level apprenticeship
Training in roles like:
- customer service trainee/assistant/representative/agent
Advanced level apprenticeship
Training in roles like:
- customer relationship manager/co-ordinator/team leader
